For over 11 years now, I've been on sales side, going door-to-door across the country to introduce my services to pharmacies just like yours. My goal is simple: to bring you value through cost savings and a hassle-free ordering experience.
How to get started?
1. Fill out our one page application
You can download the printable form or use the link that will bring you directly to an online application (located on the right side of the screen).
Ensure a principal with ownership signs at BOTH the bottom left and bottom right.
2. Make copies of your DEA and pharmacy license
Ensure the copies are clear and legible.
3. Submit your documents
If using the online application, follow the prompts to submit your documents.
If using a printed application, please email or fax me a copy of the documents.
